The taste for breakfast is so so, most likely the food is plain. The room is spacious, and with connecting door.

The wara wiri cars should be free for the customers who stayed at the hotel.

Facility so nice. Little zoo inside the resort, some outdoors activity as well.

1. The room smell bad ( maybe not happen for all room, just bad luck ). 2. Less variety/less choice for in-room dining.

Very Good

I stayed a night with my child and she really loved to be here, watching animal show, animal riding, animal feeding, and a lot of outdoor activities. The breakfast was so so, the buffet dinner in the main restaurant was so so (same as breakfast menu)

The leopard hotel interior was so old and too simple for the price we paid we think we could get better, may be the hotel could improve in the future

Enjoyable, but some small things are wrecking the enjoyment

breakfast quality is improved compared to last time we visited, taste better (last time almost tasteless). staff friendliness also improved. old facilities need to be refurbished as well, not only the rooms, like bird park, reptile park, ponds.

Lacking of NO SMOKING signs!! this is a family oriented recreation place, lots of small children playing around, especially in attraction venues. Lots of gentlemen smokes around the children. Even though at outdoor facilities, but the smokes still can be inhaled by the children around. RSGH should appoint certain places to smoking only. In Leopard, please change the toilet shower from the fixed on into jet washer or the auto washer. Fixed ones are very prone to contamination.

Short distance from Jakarta

Stayed in the leopard suite. It was quite outdated and dirty. Common facilities like the pool was nice but also need more cleaning and maintenance. Overall not gonna go back there again.

Royal Safari Garden was giving my family a good experience and best place to spend quality time!

Many facilities and activities were offerred in the property that we can enjoy without stepping out of the hotel. A very kids friendly hotel is definitely my first choice to spend holidays with my family.

There were some minor things needed to be fixed asap in my room (G 008): 1. After 2 days the toilet was clogged and needed a long time to flush down. 2. There were sounds of water dropping in one corner of the ceiling. It wasn't leaking, but potential to be broken if not fixed immediately. 3. Please, check the chair in the room as one of the nails coming out. It might hurt someone or a careless kid :( 4. The bottom part of the Girraffe poster's frame/panel was gone.

Best location to stay for 2 nights enjoying environment and animals

location was quite near from Taman Safari Indonesia. It took around 20 minutes with light traffic. the facilities were outstanding, especially for children with many animals to show. There were many spots for family or friends to hang out

But the room in leopard is a lil bit old, the air con is too loud and not to cold.

It was amazing to spent a night here. LOVE IT.

Breakfast was good, we could take our meals while looking at the meerkat running around. Exciting, especially if you bring kids, they could also see zebra and llama while filling their tummy. The location also near to a convenience store and quite near to Taman Safari Zoo which is my main destination with my family. Also you will get around 10% discount if you buy the ticket from this hotel. It was a pleasant experience for me and my family. Will be back to have another night at Royal Safari Garden.

not okay

starting with security in the front gate - not welcoming guests in a way it was expected. Reception staff are too lazy and bit disoriented about their job. they gave me cards to a room which is not guest room ??!!! having ordinary metal key lock on the door. room is having lot of mosquitoes and insects in the room and I found literally lizard. house keeping staff are not helpful does not turnup immediately for the call and does not comply request. how ever they changed the room but after so much argument. this property need radical changes to it so as deserve to be listed on the booking.com. the cards given to me does not work when returned back from our shopping. again you have walk a distance quite long to reach the reception in the entrance to address the issue. the reception very reluctantly does the job even with no excuse or soothing words. the other day I wanted my children to see safari. that was another mess. in few words - this hotel deserves one star only not five. it must be wake up call for the management. breakfast not matching the value paid for.

we have to pay shuttle mini bus ( wara wiri busses ) around the hotel. This is the first time that inhouse shuttle bus not free.. 4 star hotel complete facilities for children. most of it is paid for the use of facilities.

The staff forget to give the asthray also the blanket, the breakfast menu was remain the same for 2 days, & the staff also promises to give a cake for my kid, but no cake until we're left.
